Menopause Help Naturally

In my 25 years of experience helping women through their different phases in life, I look back and see the similarities between puberty and menopause.  It doesn’t necessarily mean that what you went through in your teens is what you will go through in your mid-life, but as the hormones quickened, now they are waning, and as women we need to understand that both are normal physiological processes, that some women will go through easily, and others will suffer more.

There are three stages pertaining to menopause: Perimenopause, menopause, post menopause.

Perimenopause is usually the buildup to menopause. Menopause is just one day, celebrating 12 months to the day of your last period. In perimenopause you can begin having all the symptoms that are associated with menopause. Perimenopause can happen in your 40´s, in your 30´s and in rarer cases, in your 20’s. Then when you think your 12 months are up, your symptoms don’t necessarily go away and continue to plague you for another year, two years or more, which is now post-menopause.

The first thing to understand is that we are ALL DIFFERENT. No two women are alike, and no two women will go through the same experience of menopause, in just the same way as two teenagers are not alike in the way they go through puberty.

I would like to know how I can help you where you are at today.

Introducing The 5 pillars of Health Support through Menopause and Beyond.

If you would like to keep your menopause journey as natural as possible, this is the course for you.

I will help you recognize the triggers to your menopause symptoms and regain balance in your life. I will create an individual programme for you based upon my 25 years of experience in the natural health field as a naturopath, acupuncturist, and chiropractor. Throughout my career I have helped many women with hormonal problems, from puberty to infertility through to menopause. I will talk you through it with weekly material that you can do in your own time and give you tips to continue your road to wellness as you find your path in your next fabulous stage of life.

As a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) my main focus has been on the nervous system and how the brain and the body communicate continuously without us having to think about how we digest our food, if our muscles are receiving the correct signals from the brain or if our hormones are in balance. Unfortunately, as we go through menopause, and after years of repeated physical, emotional, and chemical stresses that have an impact on the way our body heals, our hormones start to play havoc, creating more stresses for us.  That is why I believe more than ever that it is so important for us to maintain or even improve upon the way we treat our body in a natural way. I believe the body is self-healing, given the chance without chemicals (drugs). In my opinion, drugs/medication should be an emergency, not something to be depended upon on a daily basis.

Based upon my experience within holistic medicine, my programme offers a unique approach, called the 5 pillars of health. These pillars need to be in balance to support us every day and balance us as we navigate this difficult period in our life (pun definitely intended!), in much the same way as a car with its wheels in balance.

I will guide you through the 5 pillars of health in a natural way, that works with you to support your hormones and nervous system, aiming for optimal health through menopause and beyond.
